How do I return a package?

Would you like to return a product? Email to info@lampendirect.nl with your order number. We will email you a returns form including a returns label within 24 hours.

What are the shipping times?

Order before 4:00 PM: Monday Your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday Your order will be delivered on Wednesday Wednesday Your order will be delivered on Thursday. Thursday Your order will be delivered on Friday. Friday Your order will be delivered on Saturday Saturday or Sunday Your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery from PostNL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
